1 - Extra characters/poses in the same order have 30% off.

Availability: It depends on my schedule, you can check a preview of it here and send me a message to reserve a spot in my waitlist.
Acceptance: I may refuse your request by some reasons, like: not comfortable with it, lack of knowledge, not related with my art theme, not available to do it in time, personal issues or for reasons beyond my control.
Payment: must be done at start, after sketch approval. The time limit for payment is 24h, if not done, I will give priority to other projects and I will only return after payment and according to availability in my schedule. So make sure you have the money before I start your commission. If you choose the 50%-50% payment option, you will receive a low resolution version with a watermark when finished, and I will send you the final versions after the final payment.
Cancellation: if you take too much time to pay or answer I may cancel the commission
Refunds: commissions are non-refundable after payment, so be conscious about your money before contact me.
Deadline: it can vary between 1 to 3 weeks after payment, depends on my schedule. In special cases I can give priority to your commission, but depending on acceptance of who are in queue. I don't work with urgent deadlines (less than 1 week).
Revisions: you can request changes and adjustments up to 2 times in the sketch phase, more than that I will charge $20 for each revision. And after the sketch phase I will only be able to make small changes like color tone adjustment.
Privacy: I reserve the right to use the commissioned art in my marketing pieces and share it in my social media. I can keep in privacy the clients name, if it is the case you must ask me before start.
License: for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed
